Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 cup of chocolate protein
DIRECTIONS:
SERVINGS: 3-4 PREP/COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES
Blend together until smooth and pour into jars. Seal and place in fridge for at least 2 hours.
Top with fresh fruit, granola, nut butter, whip cream, jam, seeds, etc
It’s like dessert, but for breakfast!
Chia seed pudding is the perfect breakfast for on the go, not only is it so easy to make but it’s jam-packed with powerful nutrients to get you through the morning! Typically with chia seed pudding you will see people leave the chia seeds whole and that tastes delicious of course but it is a different texture than you typically expect from a “pudding”. I prefer to blend mine up so that it has a similar texture to a traditional chocolate pudding. Have fun experimenting with this concept and I cannot wait to see what you come up with!
